Soba for lunch! Hot and cold versions, both refreshing and delicious

We recently discovered the unusually wide variety of cheap and tasty food offered at Taiwan’s local 7-Eleven locations and learned that it’s actually a popular spot to grind. We totally made a meal out of it the other day and enjoyed our lunch at their in-store lounge area while using their free wifi.
Now when will America’s 7-Eleven stores catch up?

We can’t just get enough of this place. It offers Japanese “fast food” for cheap and it’s open 24hours. It’s like our local Zippy’s here in our neighborhood.

(not the typical fast food place - we 1st have to order our meal thru a machine then they make it to order)
